Our team works with a range of groups and organizations including congregants, employees, student groups on campus, faculty body, and geographic communities. Our approach is informed by creating safety for courageous growth and striving for understanding amidst complexity.

Speaking
Presenting to groups in an engaging, and expansive manner to bring perspective, healing, and knowledge.
Facilitation
Creating optimal environment for listening, learning, sharing, and collaborative alignment and/or production.
Learning and Teaching
Presenting, discussing, questioning and applying new information, frameworks, processes.
Skills Practice
Using speaking, listening, writing and creating to try on new understandings while sustaining a commitment to healing and teshuvah (return).
Coaching
Devoting time, attention and curiosity to align impact, intent, and vision.

Visioning
Facilitating an ambience of joy, safety, and playfulness for participants to imagine what the impact of aligned work could be.
Conflict Transformation and Restorative Practices
Slowing down conversation and (re)action to listen, hear, understand and share power in order to create and enhance the conditions for restoring and remaining in right relationships.
Assessment
Examining, exploring, and understanding, practices, policies and procedures, and experiences, understandings, and attitudes.
Consulting
Bring expertise from research and experiences and organizational initiative to bear on group discernment and decision making.
